Copperwood is a newer neighbourhood located south of Whoop Up Dr at the most western reach of the city. Construction of this area began in 1997 and continues today. The community consists primarily of single-family homes but also provides multi-family options such as duplexes, townhomes and condominiums. Copperwood offers residents Firelight Park and Lake, Coalbanks Park and Keystone Park.
