The neighbourhood is in transition, and revitalization is occurring with numerous infill homes. The Westminster community is home to Westminster Elementary School, Immanuel Christian Elementary School and Galbraith Elementary School. Westminster offers several parks and recreation facilities including Adams Park, Rideau Park, McKillop Soccer Field, baseball diamonds, Westminster Outdoor Pool, and Adams Ice Arena.

North Lethbridge is the smallest side of town but bustling with employment, shopping and outdoor activities. In addition to offering some of the lowest rent prices throughout the city it has many outdoor facilities as well as an abundance of big box retail stores.

The Lethbridge Viaduct, commonly known as the High Level Bridge, was constructed between 1907–1909 at Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada at a cost of $1,334,525.
